Stress-Free Schedules

We hire based on your needs, not ours. That means you can pick up as many (or as few) shifts as you like. Overtime is often available, but it's never required.

On-Site Equipment + Supplies

Not only do we provide your equipment and supplies, but we also store them on-site so you don't have to drag them from job to job.

Competitive Pay, Bonuses, + Paid Training

Life is expensive, so we pay thoughtful wages (including during training!), give surprise bonuses, and offer finders' fees when you bring in new business.

Easy Communication

App-based communication means job site info is literally in the palm of your hand. You can also use the app to notify the office about any concerns and to order additional supplies.

Massages

Cleaning is physically demanding work. Every month, four team members receive a free massage in recognition of their efforts.

Common Questions

Do you require uniforms?

For post-construction jobs, you'll be provided a hard hat and a brightly colored shirt. Other than that, there are no required uniforms.

Do I have to have my own transportation?

It's easier if you do, but ride-shares and public transportation work, too. We trust you to figure out how to get to the job site on time and ready to work.

Will I be working alone?

For most jobs, you'll be working in teams of at least two people. If you prefer to work alone, let us know!

Can I listen to music while I work?

If you're working alone, you can wear earbuds. If you're working as part of a team, we ask that you wear only one earbud so you can more easily communicate with the crew.

Do you pay for transportation time between jobs?

Yes, for sites more than 10 minutes apart.

How will I know what's expected?

We do extensive training and have checklists for you to follow. We want you to feel confident so you can take pride in the results of your work!

I already have one job. Can I work for DuKane, too?

Yes! We let you know what jobs are available, and you get to decide what works for your schedule—even if it changes from week to week.

How often will I be paid?

You'll receive a paycheck every other week.

Will I receive tips?

Unlike residential cleaning, commercial cleaning jobs rarely offer tips. However, we offer surprise performance bonuses and make sure you're paid a good hourly wage to begin with.
